Rich and Sandy Scannell bought their home in Franklin, MA in 1991 and raised their family of three children there. After Rich retired in 2019 from the construction industry in the building trades for 37 years as a Pipefitter in Local 537, Boston, MA, Rich and Sandy decided to start Spartan Car Service. Four months after the business’ inception, the world wide pandemic delivered a crushing blow to many small businesses all over. Fortunately, Spartan Car Service found a way to survive and is now thriving in Franklin MA and the Metrowest area. A heartfelt thank you to all who have patronized Spartan Car.

Safety issues and responsibility have played a major role in why they chose a car service as a viable business option.
